About

Melanie aka Ayapana is a violinist and loop-artist based in Vienna. Originally trained in classical music at a young age at the Anton Bruckner University in Linz, she was looking for a free and more experimental approach to the violin early on. Throughout her musical journey, she has collaborated with various bands and projects, gaining a wide range of musical experiences.

The solo project „Ayapana“ was launched in spring 2024. Using an electric violin and a loop station, Ayapana experiments with new sounds and possibilities, blending classical precision with modern innovation.

Alongside her music, Melanie works as a freelance art director, bringing her creativity to both visual and auditory arts.
